Philip Andrews, MRICS MQSI LRPS (Director)

Philip gained Chartered status of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1994, and has worked in professional practice for over 35 years.

Philip has extensive experience of quantity surveying practice on a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects for both public and private sector clients, and tier one contractors.

He has specialist knowledge of education, health, religious, residential and office building works, and multi-storey car parks, on a wide variety of projects both in the UK and overseas. In recognition of his overseas work, Philip was elected a member of Quantity Surveyors International in 2019.

Philip’s measurement expertise includes working within CESMM4, ICMS, NRM1, NRM2, Principles of Measurement (International) and SMM7 measurement codes.

Outside of work, Philip enjoys photography, qualifying as a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society in 1997. He is also a keen gardener, becoming a life member of the Royal Horticultural Society in 2020.
