Based in Southampton, Andrews Quantity Surveyors is a private limited company formed in 2002 by Philip Andrews. We maintain a high reputation as an independent chartered quantity surveying company, and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We give flexibility and added value by using a combination of the latest information technology, on-line cost data, and hands-on director involvement from start to finish.

Andrews Quantity Surveyors Limited makes extensive use of computer software for estimates, cost plans, tender documents and post contract services. This includes QsPro, a billing and estimating package, and Bluebeam, which allows measurement from ‘on-screen’ drawings using multiple monitors. This system is not only quick, efficient and accurate but also contributes to a ‘paperless’ office producing easily transferable data, with the aim to be a carbon-neutral business.

Most of our work is in London and the South but we are available for work across the UK, and overseas by working remotely from our UK base.
